Not receiving our Email?

Even the most carefully planned, best practice-based email marketing campaigns are finding that an increasing rate of email is being filtered and/or blocked. As corporations attempt to reduce the amount of unsolicited incoming commercial email (spam), they are also often inadvertently filtering and/or blocking wanted email. One of the more commonly activated rules of spam filters is to block emails with identical content destined to multiple people within the same organization. For Kinaxis™, this is a troublesome reality when many of our customers have hundreds or thousands of users that we need to communicate with.

So, if you're a customer who is not receiving our emails, this just may be the reason.

Resolving the issue:

Kinaxis customer email communications are sent directly from me and so one quick and easy way to help ensure that you do receive these emails is for you to add me to your "safe senders" list. Simple instructions (by system configuration) can be found below.
