Kinexions 2012 is the Kinaxis Annual Training & User Conference that brings together its valued RapidResponse user community and Kinaxis partners for an event dedicated to education, networking, and customer appreciation.

Conference Registration includes:

Terms and Conditions

If you must cancel your Conference registration for any reason, notify our registration department in writing by fax at 613-592-0584 or email kinexions@kinaxis.com. Fees will be refunded for cancellations received before September 16, 2012. Cancellations received after September 16, 2012 will result in a refund less a $150 USD cancellation fee. After October 7, 2012, Registration fees are non-refundable. Registrants may send a substitute attendee for this event by providing Kinaxis written notice at least five (5) days prior to the Conference date. Kinaxis reserves the right to rescind any registration for any reason and in such event will return 100% of the registration fee. All dates and times of the Conference program are subject to change. Persons under the age of 18yrs (including infants in strollers or backpack carriers) are not permitted in Conference Rooms, Keynotes, or in the Exhibition Area. Valid Photo ID will be required to receive a badge. Discounts or promotions cannot be combined and applied to registrations.

Group Rate Registration Terms and Conditions

  • Customer must be registering 5 or more representatives
  • Group registrations must be received as one complete package along with full payment on one cheque or credit card
  • Group registrations are non-cancelable
  • This offer can not be combined with any other offer
  • All other conference terms and conditions apply

Customer Reference Program Credit Registration Terms and Conditions

  • Customer must have enough credits to cover the entire 15 credit requirement — a company may not combine credits and cash
  • Customer must have the necessary credits available at the time of registration — anticipated credits for future activities will not apply
  • This offer cannot be combined with any other offer (i.e. registrations using credits will not be counted towards the Kinexions group discount or early bird special)
  • Credits will be refunded for registration cancellations, subject to cancellation fees as defined in the Terms and Conditions
  • All other conference terms and conditions apply
