Bill Dubois Bill Dubois
business consultant

Bill Dubois has enjoyed over 11 years with Kinaxis in a number of roles, including his current position as a business consultant providing pre-sales support to the Kinaxis Sales Team. This includes developing and delivering "stand-out" product demonstrations, delivering ROI analysis and also coordinating and conducting pilot projects for prospective customers. In his other roles with Kinaxis, Bill was the manager of pre-sales consulting and joined the company as an integration consultant.

Prior to joining Kinaxis, Bill gained 12 years of manufacturing, supply chain and lean experience while with Boeing of Canada. During Bill's time with Boeing as the lean project manager, Bill lead a team comprised of divisional managers that successfully transitioned the shop floor from a job shop environment to a just-in-time (JIT) environment. This included designing and implementing process flow improvements, Kanban replenishment methods, 5S initiatives and modifications to costing, quality control, production planning, supplier collaboration and performance management to support the lean environment. Results included breakthrough improvements in delivery, quality and over 90 percent reductions in inventory and cycle times. Bill also held positions in material planning and production management.

Bill is APICS CPIM certified, and as a qualified APICS instructor, Bill has developed and delivered APICS courses in material planning, master scheduling, capacity management and just-in-time. Bill has also developed and delivered Lean education and training packages for all levels of personnel.

Bill studied Electronics Technology at Algonquin College in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
